About Us
Care Your Way Health was built to offer adults a more transparent, streamlined approach to primary care. As traditional healthcare becomes increasingly complex and impersonal, we provide direct access to experienced primary care without insurance barriers.

Founded by an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with over 16+ years of clinical experience, the practice was created to deliver thoughtful, unrushed care built around the patient, not the system.

Every visit is designed with intention. We prioritize clear communication, individualized treatment plans, and continuity that supports long-term health.

Your health deserves more than convenience.
It deserves care done your way.

Qualified. Accessible. Compassionate.

How do lab tests work with Care Your Way Health? If labs are needed, we will place a lab order on your behalf. Our laboratory vendor will contact you directly to coordinate scheduling and payment. Lab fees are paid directly to the lab. Once results are available, we review and discuss them with you during a follow-up visit if needed.

Patients experiencing emergency symptoms should seek immediate medical care.
