Includes a comprehensive telehealth visit, routine lab orders, and a follow-up to review your results and create a personalized wellness plan designed for you.
Cancellation Policy
- Self-pay Practice: Care Your Way Health does not accept insurance. FSA and HSA funds may be used for eligible services. - Labs: Ordered through outside lab facilities as needed. Patients are responsible for lab fees billed directly by the testing facility. - Time: Times posted are estimates and may vary slightly based on your needs. Visits may run shorter or longer to ensure you recieve quality, personalized care. - Payment: Full payment is due at booking. Itemized reciepts are provided upon request. - Cancellations: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. For appointments made within the same day that need to be cancelled, please call to notify Care Your Way Health. No-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee. - Late Policy- Appointments that start more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. - Location- Currently offering telehealth visits for Florida residents ONLY.
